Undeterred Phone UsePosted on: December 12, 2019
Most of the Pacific states, including Arizona and Nevada, along with most of the New England states, including Maryland and Delaware, have a complete ban against phone use while driving, applicable to all drivers, regardless of age. But speaking to local officers in Florida, one may find that a partial ban has few teeth, in terms of actual law enforcement.

Massachusetts signed a bill last month that bans drivers from holding phones, and similar laws took effect in Maine and Florida earlier this year.
