More Golf Less Strokes / WebMD / New Research / Personal Injury Attorneys / Orlando Oviedo Winter Springs Altamonte Lawyers / Beers and Gordon P.A.There may be a bit of irony in the latest health research out of the University of Missouri, particularly as it relates to the benefits of golf diminishing a player’s risk of getting a stroke. A small study by the Zeenat Qureshi Stroke Institute will be more widely shared in Los Angeles before the end of the month, but previews suggest that among 6,000 adults who were 65 or older, those who played golf had a 10% chance of living longer than those who did not play golf.

One of the research experts and founders of the institute shared his thoughts with CNN.
