I-4 Construction Continues

Traffic Cones / I-4 Ultimate Construction / Personal Injury and Civil Trial Attorneys / Orlando Oviedo Winter Springs Altamonte Sanford Lake Mary Lawyers / Beers and Gordon P.A.While there may have been a perfect storm of human vulnerability at the first sign of COVID-19 in the United States several weeks ago, back when we were all going on about our business in a normal way, the subsequent quarantine has also opened up major roads and highways that would normally be clogged with traffic, including a series of big construction projects, not the least of which is our very own I-4 Ultimate Project. Construction workers have been given new safety briefings and protocols to thwart certain risks of contact. In one case, workers are required to maintain the same six feet of separation that all of us do at the grocery stores and open restaurants where we pick up food.

In addition to the I-4 Ultimate Project, construction is also in full momentum at the Orlando International Airport as well as the Virgin Trains extension leading from the airport down to South Florida. Perhaps when all is said and done, we’ll come out the other side of quarantine and see some major progress on these projects.
