Hitchcock Day Virus

Alfred Hitchcock Day / Coronavirus Closures / Personal Injury Attorneys / Orlando Oviedo Winter Springs Altamonte Lawyers / Beers and Gordon P.A.When UCF announced that it would be closing for an additional 14 days after Spring Break, warding off any risks of the novel coronavirus spreading on campus, news that was texted to students and faculty around 4pm on Wednesday afternoon, the string of additional closures by Wednesday night and Thursday morning were not only fitting and appropriate, but bordering on the surreal, especially when some of us found out that Thursday was, well, Alfred Hitchcock Day. Hitchcock was famous for taking situations that felt perfectly normal and making them utterly abnormal.

As we prepare for additional closures and changes to the regular routine, we encourage all of our readers to heed the advice and recommendations of the CDC and the Florida Department of Health.
