Kelly joined the staff of Beers and Gordon P.A. in May 2016. She began her legal career over 14 years ago as an assistant with a boutique law firm. In 2007, Kelly joined a national law firm in Fort Lauderdale, then attended the National Paralegal College where she earned her degree in paralegal studies. Kelly now brings a wide range of experience to Beers and Gordon–everything from litigation, civil rights, appellate cases, construction defect, workers compensation, personal injury, transactional cases, and collections–but she also provides an in-depth knowledge of legal research and trial preparation. She has a thorough knowledge of procedures, principles, and terminology related to federal, state, and appellate courts.
On a more personal note, Kelly is a native Floridian who moved to Oviedo in 2010 with her husband, son, and daughter. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family, taking care of her horses, running, and volunteering in her local community.
