About Aaron Hernandez

Wrongful Death / Aaron Hernandez / Personal Injury Oviedo Attorneys / Winter Springs Lawyers / Beers and Gordon P.A.Aaron Hernandez was practically on top of the world when he served as a tight end receiver with the Florida Gators from 2007-2009. The Associated Press even called him an All-American Athlete. Hernandez then forfeited his senior year, choosing instead to enter the 2010 NFL Draft where he was selected by the New England Patriots and went on to play in the Super Bowl nearly two years later. But then came a 2012 double homicide, followed by an indictment for murder–a murder for which Hernandez was facing a wrongful death suit–and then, sadly, a suicide last month in his prison cell. The ups and downs of the Hernandez story are about as high and as low as you can get. And that wrongful death suit just got a lot more complicated.

According to those familiar with the case, while one of the victim’s families are moving forward with their wrongful death suit, the likelihood of any further resolution has become largely null and void with no alleged criminal to face the court. And we may never know, for sure, the entire story of what happened on the night Hernandez was accused of committing murder. What we know for sure is that a once rising star ended his life before anyone could find out.
